The loophole is setting up a PO BOX or virtual address in another state located close by that will forward your mail to your current PA address. (or directly pick it up in that state) – (starts at $9.99-$5.00 a month – varies)

Services like that cover Mail and Package Forwarding, Real Street Addresses, Open and Scan Mail (PDFs), and more.

This method exists in every state regardless of there set laws – just be mindful of what virtual address/mail box and or PO box you rent/lease or use. (some only use USPS and not other postal services) – some may have food restrictions so always read disclaimers before making any investments.

Very informative! I liked the “views differ” distinctions among various state policies. I have moved from U.S. to Ecuador where I enjoy the availability of daily 1$/1.5liters of “still warm from the cow” milk delivered with a smile. Most becomes crepes, chocolate pudding, etc. though some is not heated before I have it. Herds are inspected though I believe safety is more a matter of having good things said about your product (traceability).

How many people will die this year from fatal reactions to properly administered drugs in hospitals across this country? How many will die this year from heart disease and destroyed immune systems cause by lay’s potato chips and drive thru’s.
