The evidence that (properly prepared and used) raw milk is unsafe also relies on anecdotes. What “science” is your comment about? Legit raw milk hasn’t killed anyone this century, and even in the 1900s it was extremely rare. The cases I hear about are all regarding unsanitary “bathtub cheese” made at a home an sold illegally. People have been made by pasteurized milk. Many have died from consumption of nuts, cantaloupe, sprouts, leafy greens, lots of other non-dairy foods not recommended for pasteurization.

People accustomed to industrial white-water cannot fathom people drinking 1 liter of raw or boiled full milk. But in Romania we still have some babushka’s in the country side that sell milk from their 2-3 grass-fed cows. Haven’t tried raw in 20 years, but full pasteurized(boiled at home) milk is incredible. I’ve had a glass from a farmer and asked him if he put sugar in it. He laughed his ass off 🙂

If believe there’s a difference between the milk You get from the old lady in my village vs the industrial raised-for milk Cows. When I was a kid 25 years ago I used to drink it freshly milked and had no issue. I suspect after 20+ years of me drinking the white water from supermarkets my gut biome changed and won’t tolerate the raw fresh milk as well. I’m going to try it.

You must think pasteurization is the reason why the white water in the supermarket doesn’t have cream, eh?

So there shouldn’t be a law, except for the laws that there are?

The cream separates because your milk hasn’t been homogenized, not because it hasn’t been pasteurized, idiot.

It’s taste is quite luxurious. The cream separates and sits on top to be skimmed off for creaming coffee, or whipping for whatever you want. People are made needlessly afraid of a nearly perfect food by lobbyists for conventional dairy and the politicians who cooperate with them.
